The Executive Board administers the affairs of the Voter’s Assembly and Church Council of the congregation. The Voter’s Assembly meets at five regular meetings each year. The Church Council meets monthly. The Church Council serves as a coordinating and planning group, representing the interests of the Voter’s Assembly and the work of the various Boards and Committees.

•  The President of the congregation presides at all sessions of the Voter’s Assembly and Church Council.
•  The Vice-president presides in the absence of the President.
•  The Secretary records the proceedings of the Voter’s assembly and Church Council.
•  The Treasurer makes disbursements and submits monthly reports on the condition of the church treasury.
•  Two Financial Secretaries receive and record all moneys, funds, valuable papers and articles for the congregation.
